Khepri Productions Bellydance + Pilates Summer Intensive
Khepri Productions Summer Intensive is right around the corner! Designed as a mixed level intensive our curriculum is rooted in foundational training. Beginning level dancers will have the opportunity to learn in a thoughtful and safe environment and intermediate/advanced dancers will get the time they need to revisit and refine their foundations.
Each year there is a different foundational focus of the intensive. This year our focus will be belly dance technique, anatomy, injury prevention and building a holistic practice.
Mornings start with anatomy, lecture, handouts and Pilates warm up. Afternoons are spent integrating the material from the morning’s lesson into our belly dance technique and choreography practice.
